Notes of meeting
The meeting was called to order by the President.
Directions for the Changi Lions for Yr 2011-02-04.
Propose 2 Terms for one title held
Any outstanding activities to be followed up by the new cabinet officers

3. LCS Changi “T”
It was proposed that the new design for the “T’ Shirt be ready before the LCS Changi AGM in 29th March 2011.
David will provide the material quality sample on Saturday, 26/2/2011 at the Christalite Home. Proposed to order 50 pcs (3 pairs Ladies cut). Budget set between $20 - $30 per T. Front will be embroidery and the back will be printed.
Julian will follow up with his contact for the costing and delivery upon confirmation.
4. Activities MMSAC (Macpherson Moral Seniors Activity Centre)
Gary is appointed OIC to coordinate with the Centre for our quarterly charity services, which will fall on 23rd April 2011.
A budget of $500/- is allocated for the April 2011 event and our President Joseph will revert before 8th March 2011 on the cost of the biscuits which was discuss to be distributed to the Centre.
Julian was assigned to check on the cost of towels and powders for the next event at the Centre.
5. Extend Of Members
Activeness and motivation of members are all voluntary due to their family and work commitment.
All members are encourage to participate in our activities if their time permit.
6. Internal Funding & Extending Donors to back up our Charity direction work
At the present moment, the young LCS Changi is self reliant on individual volunteer contribution to sustain the charity work
Any form of fund raising will be considered when the time is right
Internal funding will be review on half yearly basis and any amount or period is of contribution is open to all self voluntary
7. Ipoh Convention
Douglas, Ivan, Kian and Waxson will be attending the Ipoh Convention on 28th April 2011 (Friday) to 2nd May 2011 (Monday).
Any interested members who wish to join the convoy and the Convention are to confirm by 3rd March 2011.
8. Christalite Home – 51, Marsiling Drive S739297
LCS Changi will bring cheers and joy to the Christalite Home on 26th February 2011 (Saturday), from 10.30am – 12.30pm.
All volunteers are welcome to participate in this event.
For those who wish to join us for breakfast (Bah Kut Teh) at Block 19, Masiling Lane, S730019), please be there at 9am.
